Laney - 7 Months

- Sitting up all by herself
- Says 'Dada' - I get no respect.
- Didn't like Mom and Dad going on a trip.
- Has some seperation anxiety
- Back to waking up at night because she is worried we are not there I think.
- Sleeping until 8:00 am
- Not sure about weight - need to check.
- Wearing size 4 diapers. 9-12 month clothes.

Water Gun Fights.

Kay did more shooting of the ants than anyone else. But she really had fun with the water guns Bryan got for them.

Laney stares at the camera when I get it out. She already knows what is going to happen.

I got pics of her and her sister watching a movie on my laptop. Well, I tried but she kept staring at me.



Kaylen was telling her "No, Baby sister, look over here." When that didn't work, she got forcefull with her.





Guess it worked!!!


Well, maybe not so much.

Birthday Party

We got an invitation to go to a birthday party for one of the boys that went to Kaylen's old daycare. I work at the same place as his mother and I thought it would be great for her to see him again.

Dylan is ALL BOY. They had his party at a Jump Zone and from the moment we walked in Kay wanted nothing to do with the place. It was very hot and cramped in there but I thought she would like to jump around.

Doesn't this look like the face of a kid ready to play?


She started really watching everyone else.


Then I just took and threw her on this teeny tiny little set of steps.


It was totally for babies but that is all she would play on.

FOOD

I tried giving Laney some carrots. I got the camera all set up thinking I'd get a funny face. She just looked at me like "What? Carrots? I'll eat these all day Lady."

Evening of July 4th

Everyone was tired before we went to the park. They didn't know I was taking their pictures. I love the interaction between the girls.





Now she knows I'm taking her picture.

4th of July 2009

Bryan did an awesome job of getting our back yard ready for the summer. For the 4th we had a great time at home with the girls, swimming, cooking out and then going to the fireworks at the park. Was such a nice day.

This is Laney in Kaylen's 12 month size bathing suit. She is 6 months old.


Dad made some hot dogs, hamburgers, french fries.... the works.

Kaylen loved eating on our new patio furniture.





I kept telling her to look at me. This was finally the look I got.
