Houston we have a problem

At Christmas we had a big blizzard. This month it was ice. Bryan was home and called to tell me I needed to come home early. I thought he was crazy but came home anyway. Two hours later we had no power.

It gave us a chance to start a fire for the first time in our house.



LB had to try and help out.




Proof that she doesn't just watch TV.


She was tired of making a fire and just found a pillow and crashed.


Bryan made a GREAT fire.


Our power was out for two days. We made it one night at home and then went to Bryan's parents because they still had power. You don't even want to know how many times I flicked the light switch in our house trying to turn a light on when I walked around to different rooms. Habits are so hard to break.
