Father's Day 2010

B has had a tough summer already. He got sick the last week of school and then went right into Summer League play. This weekend was the first he's really had a chance to relax. On Thursday I took off work (He wouldn't let me do it if he knew) and did all the lawn work so he would have the weekend just to relax. It was funny because the yard had really grown due to some rain and I really played up how hard he would have to work this weekend. He was dreading it so it was a very nice surprise when he got home that night and it was done.

We were able to relax and cook out and go swimming all weekend. It was very nice. B works very hard at his job all year. There are sometimes during the season he gets home so late he doesn't even see the girls for a couple days. Because of this he does so much for them the rest of the year. Both girls love him so much and I tell him all the time how lucky I think the girls are to have him as a father.

Kaylen is totally wrapped up in her Dad which I tolerated because I still had LB. Lately I've noticed a change and I'm now losing my baby as well. Really I'm glad to see it because it just proves to me again what a great catch I have.
