January is basketball month. We suffer from a picture drought for the girls because I'm taking so many of the games. Plus I'm usually burnt out from Christmas. One main thing that happened this month was LB decided to become potty trained. I worded that sentence that way because that is how it happened. For months I have been trying to potty train her to no avail. On January 9th I went to pick her up from daycare and they told me she had been using the potty all day. They said another child had gone and I guess Miss Thang was all up in their business and said 'Hey, there is potty in dere.' The teacher said 'Yeah, that is where it is supposed to go. You are supposed to go on the potty.' LB said 'Oh, I can do that.' She has gone on the potty every since. So when I say she 'decided' to become potty trained. That is exactly what I mean.
She was also sick one week and we took her to the doctor. Both girls LOVE going to the doctor.
Kay was actually jealous tha LB got to go and she didn't.
Kay did make a nice hat to wear to one of the games. It says 'Go Fightin' Chicks' can't you tell?
