After 3 years, 2 months, 2 weeks and 1 day. We have finally kicked everyone out of our bedroom. The girls went to Gaga's house while I fixed up both rooms so when they returned they could start sleeping in their own rooms. LB has always been in her own bed but K is another story. Night time has always been horrible with her. I gave up long ago and we have just had her in our bed.
When they got home yesterday we showed her the new room and she loved it. She was in there all day and played, napped, and went to bed in there. I stayed with her until she went to sleep but she didn't protest which was awesome. They both got up around 2:30 and went back to bed, then up once more around 4:30-5:00. Not bad for cold turkey. I still need to take pics and post of their rooms all fixed up. Before they get trashed.
